ORDER: Pet has not shown that his counsel was ineffective. Pet also has not shown that as a result of counsel's representation he suffered prejudice. Accordingly, Pet's "Motion Under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Corre ct Sentence" 1 is hereby DENIED and this case is DISMISSED. Further, because Pet cannot demonstrate that reasonable jurists would find the Court's assessment of Pet's ineffective assistance of counsel claim debatable or wrong, a Certificate of Appealability will not issue.
