Filing 14 DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND FINAL ORDER OF FORFEITURE: A Judgment by Default is hereby entered as to Edvin Fakhorian and all persons or entities with respect to any interest they may have in the Defendant Property. The government has established, through th e facts set forth in the complaint and affidavit, by a preponderance of the evidence that there is a nexus between the Defendant Property and the offenses alleged in the Verified Complaint in Rem such that the Defendant Property is subject to forfeit ure pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 924 (d). The Defendant Property more particularly described as: a. Taurus PT1911 AR Pistol, 45 caliber, Serial Number NBN54089; b. Sig Sauer P238 Pistol, 380 caliber, Serial Number DA003612; c. Glock GMBH 22 Pistol, 4 0 Caliber, Serial Number NBB813; d. Glock GMBH 17L Pistol, 9mm, Serial Number LVP956 is hereby forfeited to the United States of America, and all right, title and interest in and to said property is hereby vested in the United States of America, purs uant to 18 U.S.C. § 924(d). The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, as custodian of said forfeited property, shall dispose of the same according to law. The Clerk of this Court shall provide the United States Attorney's Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives with a certified copy of this order.
