April 25, 2013 Opinion or Order Filing 232 ORDER: Plaintiff may not pursue any claim that her co-workers (except Mr. LaBelle) subjected her to sexual harassment. If Plaintiff intends to introduce broader evidence of harassment by other managers to show Defendants' knowledge of Mr. LaBel les ongoing harassment, she must comply with Judge Campbell's ruling on Defendants' third motion in limine. (Dkt. No. 210 (9/25/12 Order) Pursuant to that order, Plaintiff must "give advance notice to Defendant and the Court at tria l of the intent to offer specific evidence of acts of sexual harassment by persons other than Mr. LaBelle and state the purpose of such evidence." At that point, the Court will allow Defendants to respond and "will rule on the specific evidence offered." (Id.) Accordingly, we will revisit this issue as necessary at trial.
