For the reasons stated in open Court, it is hereby ORDERED that: (1) Plaintiffs' Motion for Award of Attorney Fees and Costs of the Action 100 is hereby DENIED as Mo ot due to Plaintiffs Notice of Withdrawal of Request for Attorneys' Fees 113 ; (2) Plaintiffs Motion for Execution on Trust Account is DENIED 107 ; (3) Plaintiffs' Motion for Sanctions Pursuant to Rule 11, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 111 is DENIED; (4) Defendants' Response to Plaintiffs' Notice of Withdraw of Request for Attorneys' Fees, and Motion for Its Own Award of Attorneys' Fees 114 is DENIED; (5) Defendants' Motion for Attorneys' Fees Aga inst Plaintiffs David and Tammy Coats 117 is DENIED; (6) Defendants' Motion for Entry of Order of Dismissal 103 is GRANTED. ORDER re Pltfs' 32 Motion for Conditional Class Certification and for Court Supervised Notice to Class Members. For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum, Plaintiffs' Motion is GRANTED. Plaintiffs are directed to file with the Court, on or before February 15, 2011, a proposed notice and a proposed consent form. Defendants will be permitted to file comments on the proposed forms by February 28, 2011, and Plaintiffs may file a Reply by March 15, 2011. The Court is ready to set this matter for trial.
