June 27, 2011	Filing 7 ORDER: Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis 2 is Granted. Plaintiff is assessed the civil filing fee of $350.00. Custodian of plaintiff's inmate trust account at the institution where he resides is directed to submit to the Clerk of Court an initial partial payment according to the terms outlined in this order. Given standard of the liberal construction of pro se pleading, the Court construes the complaint as stating a claim against Sumner County for coerced rel igious teaching. The Court concludes the complaint states a potential claim upon which relief can be granted under the First Amendment. The Clerk shall issue process and is directed to send a copy of this order to the Sheriff of Sumner County to ensu re that the custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account complies with that portion of the Prison Litigation Reform Act relating to the payment of the filing fee.
