ORDER For good cause shown, the Motion to Vacate Dismissal And Reinstate Case filed by the plaintiff pro se 15 and the Motion to Alter or Amend Order of Dismissal filed by new counsel for the plaintiff 17 are GRANTED. The Order entered 3/21/2012 granting the Motion to Dismiss filed by two of the defendants for failure to respond 13 is VACATED. The plaintiff shall respond to the Motion of Marix Servicing, LLC & Trucap Reo Corp. to Dismiss 6 by 5/4/2012.
