ORDER AND FINAL JUDGMENT: For the reasons contained in the accompanying memorandum of law, the Court finds that the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security is not supported by substantial evidence. The decision is therefore REVERSED and RE MANDED for further proceedings to include a rehearing pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
