ORDER: The plaintiff has now submitted the $455 fee, along with a document entitled "Motion for Leave to Proceed on Appeal." 21 . The plaintiff has already submitted a notice of appeal and does not need this Courts permission to proce ed with her appeal. The motion is therefore MOOT. It is unclear whether the plaintiff also filed the same document in the Sixth Circuit. Accordingly, in an abundance of caution, the Clerk of Court is directed to give notice of the motion 21 , this o rder, and the payment of the filing fee to the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. ORDER: Before the Court is pro se plaintiff Constance Braceys "Application for Permission to File Notice of Appeals" 17 . The Court construes this document as a Notice of Appeal. ORDER: This is a pro se action brought by plaintiffs Constance Bracey and Annie Pearl Bracey. Before the Court is plaintiff Constance Bracey's Application to Proceed in District Court without Prepaying Fees or Costs 2 . The application is hereb y GRANTED. For the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion filed herewith, the Court finds that the complaint is subject to dismissal. Accordingly, the complaint is hereby DISMISSED. The claims brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 are DISMISSED WI TH PREJUDICE. The state-law claims and claims seeking review of state-court actions are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The claims brought on behalf of Annie Bracey are likewise DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
