Filing 44 ORDER: For the reasons explained in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, the Court finds that D'Antonio is not entitled to relief on the basis of the grounds articulated in his petition. Accordingly, the petition is hereby DENIED and this mat ter is DISMISSED. In addition, as also explained in the Memorandum Opinion, the Court finds that an appeal by the petitioner on any of the issues raised in this petition would not merit further attention. The Court therefore DENIES a COA. The peti tioner may, however, seek a COA directly from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. It is so ORDERED. The Clerk is directed to enter final judgment in accordance with Rule 58 of the Federal Rule of Civil Procedure. Signed by District Judge Kevin H. Sharp on 7/3/2014.
