No. 251 ) is GRANTED as set forth above, and Plaintiff's Motion Seeking Court Review (Doc. No. 253 ) is DENIED. The issue of taxation of costs is referred back to the Clerk of Court to re-evaluate and determine the proper taxation of costs to be awarded to Holland, in light of this opinion.
