The court has reviewed the complaint pursuant to the Prison Litigation Reform Act and, for the reasons explained more fully in the memorandum entered contemporaneo usly herewith, finds that the complaint fails to state claims as to all defendants against upon which relief can be granted. 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e) (2). Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. This is the final order in this action. A ny appeal of this order would not be in good faith as required by 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3).
