MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT & ORDER: For the reasons given above, Plaintiff's application to proceed IFP (Doc. No. 8) is GRANTED, and the complaint is DISMISSED for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted, pursuant to 28 U .S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii). In spite of this dismissal, Plaintiff is advised that if he wishes to amend his complaint to name a proper defendant, he may seek permission to do so by filing a motion for leave to amend. See LaFountain v. Harry, 71 6 F.3d 944, 951 (6th Cir. 2013). Any such motion for leave to amend MUST be filed within thirty (30) days of the entry of this order. Signed by District Judge William L.
