Local Rule 82.01(e) requires an attorney to file a Notice of Appearance promptly upon undertaking the representation and prior to filing any paper with the Court. Accordingly, counsel for Defendants is ORDERED to file a Notice of Appearance on or before September 28, 2018. Once he does so, the Court will consider the Joint Motion.
