ORDER: Aureus Jones, a state prisoner at the Morgan County Correctional Complex in Wartburg, Tennessee, filed a pro se petition for the writ of habeas corpus (Petition) under 28 U.S.C. 2254. (Doc. No. #1 .) Petitioner, however, has not completed pages 5 through 15 of the Petition, which includes the portion of the Petition stating the alleged grounds for relief in this action. Petitioner also has not signed the Petition, and he has not submitted either the $5.00 fee required to file the Petition, or an application to proceed in this Court without prepaying fees and costs. The Clerk of Court is directed to RETURN the Petition to Petitioner, and to mail Petitioner a blank application to proceed in forma pauperis. If Petitioner seeks to have this Court consider his Petition, he MUST complete pages 5 through 15 of the Petition, sign the Petition, and return the Petition to the Clerk's Office.
