ORDER: Before the Court is the initial matter of whether Defendants properly invoked the Court's subject matter jurisdiction. The Court previously issued a Show Cause Order, ordering that Defendant properly allege diversity of citizenship between the parties, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). (Doc. No. 7.) On September 10, 2018, Defendants responded to the Show Cause Order that they are unable to properly allege that the Court has diversity of citizenship jurisdiction. (Doc. No. 11.) If at any time before final judgment it appears the district court lacks subject matter jurisdiction, the case shall be remanded.
