Filing 7 ORDER Assessing Filing Fee for Jacob Stanton and Juan Lesean Perry. Each Plaintiff is hereby assessed his portion of $350 filing fee ($175.00). The Court has reviewed the complaint pursuant to the PLRA and, for the reasons set forth in the Memorandum entered contemporaneously with this Order, finds that the complaint fails to state claims under 42 U.S.C. 1983 upon which relief may be granted against Defendant.
