ORDER DISMISSING CASE: For good cause shown, Paul E. Amadi's Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Doc. No. #2 ) is GRANTED, and the Clerk is DIRECTED to file the Complaint in forma pauperis. However, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying #7 Memorandum Opinion, the #1 Complaint is hereby DISMISSED, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2). Defendant Judge Barry Tidwell is entitled to absolute judicial immunity, and the Complaint fails to state a claim for which relief may be granted against the other defendants. Plaintiff's Motion for Injunctive Relief & Dismissal (Doc. No. #3 ) is DENIED AS MOOT. This is the final Order in this action, for purposes of Fed. R. Civ. P. 58. Signed by Chief Judge Waverly D.
