Filing 6 ORDER: In order to file a civil lawsuit, a plaintiff must submit to the Clerk of Court either the full civil filing fee or a proper application to proceed IFP. Therefore, if Plaintiff seeks to have this Court consider his pleading, he must either pay the $400.00 civil filing fee, or complete his application to proceed IFP by submitting to the Court a certified copy of his inmate trust fund account statement for the 6-month period immediately preceding the date of the entry of this Order.
