ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs ("in forma pauperis application"). (Doc. No. #2 .) Because it is apparent from the face of the in forma pauperis application that Plaintiff has sufficient funds from which to pay the filing fee, the in forma pauperis application is DENIED.
