ORDER: These six Plaintiffs' applications to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. Nos. #2 , #6 , #11 , #12 , #13 , #15 ) are DENIED. To continue pursuing this action, Plaintiffs Harris, Ledford, Ramsey, Jones, Smiley, and Teague MUST pay $25.00 in one lump sum within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket. To continue pursuing this action, Armstrong MUST either pay his $25.00 share of the filing fee in one lump sum or submit a certified inmate trust account statement within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket. The Court has reviewed the financial information submitted by the seven remaining Plaintiffs. Accordingly, these seven Plaintiffs' applications to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. Nos. #4 , #5 , #7 , #8 , #9 , #10 , #14 ) are GRANTED. No further action is required from these seven Plaintiffs at this time. Each of the seven Plaintiffs granted pauper status remains responsible for his share of the filing fee. Thus, Plaintiffs Boatfield, Johnson, Mann, Mosley, Murphy, Nunley, and Stewart are ASSESSED $25.00 each. After the matter of the filing fee is resolved, the Court will conduct an initial screening of the complaint, as required by the Prison Litigation Reform Act. 28 U.S.C. 1915A, 1915(e)(2)(B); 42 U.S.C. 1997e(c)(1).
