ORDER: Plaintiff Sandrena Rebecca Carter, proceeding pro se, filed a civil Complaint against defendants Youth Opportunities Investments, LLC, its Chief Executive Officer, Ron Hunter, and assistant program director Mr. Refoure under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"). (Doc. No. #1 .) Also before the court is the plaintiff's Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs. (Doc. No. #2 .) Because it appears from her submission that the plaintiff lacks sufficient financial resources from which to pay the full filing fee in advance, the Application (Doc. No. #2 ) is GRANTED. However, having conducted the initial review required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), the court finds that the Complaint fails to state a claim for which relief may be granted. For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum #4 , the case is DISMISSED in its entirety. This is the final order in this action, and the Clerk SHALL enter judgment in accordance with Fed. R.
