MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: The plaintiff's Motion to Reconsider to Proceed As Poor Person (Doc. No. #8 ) is GRANTED, and his Motion to Make Pay Arrangement (Doc. No. #7 ) is DENIED AS MOOT. The Order denying leave to proceed as a pauper (Doc. No. #6 ) is VACATED, and the plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Proceed Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Doc. No. #5 ) is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to file this action in forma pauperis. However, having conducting the initial review required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2), the Complaint is DISMISSED in its entirety. The claims against the Sumner County District Attorney General Lawrence Ray Whitley and Judges Dee Gay, Jane Wheatcraft, Amanda McClendon, and John W. Jones are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as barred by absolute prosecutorial or judicial immunity. The claims against Paul Walwyn, Kathryn Strong, and Leah Mae Dennen are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for failure to state a claim for which relief may be granted. This is the final order in this case.
