Filing 5 MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT & ORDER: Plaintiff's application to proceed as a pauper (Doc. No. 2) is GRANTED. The claims against all Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE on the grounds that Defendants are immune from suit under 42 U.S.C. 1983 for testimony given at trial or before a grand jury. The Complaint is DISMISSED in its entirety. Plaintiff's motion to appoint counsel (Doc. No. 3) is DENIED AS MOOT. This is the final order in this action. The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter judgment. Fed.
