ORDER: The Court enters a final Order against A.S. Steel Welding, LLC (Defendant) and Vicki J. Aaron (Aaron) resolving all issues in this civil action. Defendant and Aaron are permanently enjoined to conform their conduct to the terms of 29 U.S.C. 1145 in the future and are required to pay contributions and submit payroll reports to the Southeast Laborers Health Fund, Southeast Laborers Supplemental Pension Fund, Southeast Laborers Training Fund and Southeast Laborers District Council LECET on a timely basis for any work months of June 2019 and thereafter. The Clerk is directed to administratively close this civil action, subject to reopening in the event Defendant and/or Aaron fails to conform their conduct to 29 U.S.C. 1145. ORDER: The Court hereby GRANTS the motion to enter the agreed proposed ORDER #8 . The agreed proposed final order shall be entered separately, and it shall constitute the final judgment in this matter pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 58. Because this Order appears to be the result of a negotiated final settlement "resolving all issues in this civil action," (Doc. No. 8-1), evidently including all claims and potential claims in this matter, this action shall be and hereby is DISMISSED with prejudice effective upon the filing of the agreed proposed final order. The Clerk is DIRECTED to amend the case caption on the docket to reflect the addition of Vickie Aaron as a Defendant, and Southeastern Laborers Training Fund as well as Southeast Laborers District Council LECET as Plaintiffs. Also, the Clerk is advised to note that pursuant to Paragraph 4 of the agreed proposed order to be entered, this case will be administratively closed, subject to reopening under the circumstances indicated therein, i.e., in the event that Defendants fail to conform their conduct to 29 U.S.C. 1145.
