ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING CASE: The court has received a letter from the plaintiff dated June 26, 2019, in which he asks to amend his complaint regarding injuries from an alleged Eighth Amendment violation. (Doc. No. 1-1.) It is apparent, therefore, that the plaintiff intended the current filing to be a motion to amend the complaint in his existing lawsuit rather than a new action. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to docket Document Number 1 in this matter as a Motion to Amend in Case Number 3:19-238 and administratively close this matter without judgment.
