Filing 13 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Accordingly, Plaintiff's Motions to Amend (Doc. Nos. 7, 9, and 10), whether construed as Rule 59(e) motions to alter or amend judgment or Rule 60(b) motions for relief from a judgment or order are hereby DENIED. Plaintiff filed a Motion to Reserve Rights to Have Deputies Employed by S.C. Detention Center (Doc. No. 8) in which Plaintiff asks the Court to reserve his rights to call upon certain deputies over the course of this lawsuit. He also filed a Motion to Subpoena Sean Stratton. (Doc. No. 12). For the reasons explained more fully in the Memorandum Opinion entered contemporaneously herewith, the Court finds that a review of the complaint's allegations is barred by issue preclusion. 28 U.S.C. 1915A. This action, therefore, is DISMISSED. Because an appeal would NOT be taken in good faith, Plaintiff is NOT certified to pursue an appeal from this judgment in forma pauperis. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3).
