July 31, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: On July 26, 2019, the Court received Plaintiff's second application to proceed in forma pauperis, (Doc. No. 6), but it is still not properly completed for two reasons. First, Plaintiff did not attach a copy of his inmate trust account statement. And second, while Plaintiff submitted a Certificate of Prisoner Institutional/Trust Fund Account Activity, the certificate is signed by Plaintiff himself, rather than an appropriate jail official. (Id. at 2.) Because Plaintiff attempted to comply with the Court's previous Order, however, Plaintiff will be allowed more time to resolve the matter of the filing fee. Plaintiff is GRANTED an additional 28 DAYS from the date this Order is entered on the docket to either pay the full filing fee of $400.00 or submit a properly completed application to proceed in forma pauperis.
