Filing 6 ORDER: Carolyn Primm brings suit under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VII"), 42 U.S.C. 1983, and state law. (Doc. No. #1 .) Plaintiff's Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs (Doc. No. #2 ) is GRANTED. This case, however, is DISMISSED in its entirety. All claims under 42 U.S.C. 1983 against the Tennessee Department of Correction, the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General, the Tennessee Department of Human Resources, and all former and current state employees sued in their official capacity are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE on the grounds that they are barred by sovereign immunity. The Title VII claim against the Tennessee Department of Correction is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as barred by the statute of limitations. All claims under 42 U.S.C. 1983 and Title VII brought against former and current state officials in their individual capacities, and all 1983 and Title VII claims against the "City of Davidson County and County," which the Court construes as being asserted against the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County ("Metro"), and all former and current Metro employees, in their official and individual capacities, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE as barred by the statutes of limitations. The Court DECLINES to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's state law claims. All state-law claims against all defendants are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. 28 U.S.C. 1367(c).
