Filing 11 ORDER: Because it appears that Plaintiff lacks the funds to pay the entire fee in advance, the Court GRANTS him permission to proceed as a pauper. Plaintiff must still pay the $350.00 civil filing fee in installments. The Clerk of Court MUST send a copy of this Order to the Warden of the Trousdale Turner Correctional Facility. The Court finds that Plaintiff has stated a colorable claim for deliberate indifference in violation of the Eighth Amendment against Core Civic and against Defendants Perkins, McCarty, and Rodriguez in their individual capacities. All other Defendants are hereby DISMISSED. The Clerk is INSTRUCTED to send Plaintiff service packets (a blank summons and USM 285 form) for Defendants Core Civic,1 Perkins, McCarty, and Rodriguez.
