ORDER granting #2 APPLICATION for Leave to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. The Clerk is directed to waive the removal fee in this case. The defendant is DIRECTED to file in this court, within 21 days of his receipt of this order, an amended notice of removal, containing a short and plain statement of the grounds for removal, to which must be attached a copy of all process, pleadings, and orders served upon the defendant in the state court action, and confirmation that the defendant also provided a copy of the notice of removal and amended notice of removal to the state court clerk. The amended notice of removal must include a certificate of service showing that it was served upon the plaintiff as well. The defendant is further DIRECTED to immediately serve a copy of this order upon counsel for the plaintiff by regular U.S. mail, at the address indicated in the defendant's certificate of service.
