Filing 9 ORDER: Petitioner Darrell Hochhalter, a prisoner incarcerated in the Turney Center Industrial Prison in Only, Tennessee, filed a pro se petition for the writ of habeas corpus and has now paid the filing fee. (Doc. Nos. 1, 8.) Petitioner's habeas petition is before the Court for initial review pursuant to Rule 4 of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts (Habeas Rules). The petition raises colorable habeas claims, including insufficient evidence and ineffective assistance of counsel. Because the Court is unable to determine from the face of the petition whether Petitioner is entitled to relief on those claims, see Habeas Rule 4, Respondent is DIRECTED to file an answer, plead or otherwise respond to the petition in accordance with Rule 5 within 30 days of the entry of this Order.
