Meadows and Defendants Restaurant Concepts, LLC, Le Sel, LLC, 401 Food, LLC, and Pinewood Social, LLC, and filed by the parties on January 20, 2021 [107-1], and finds it to be a fair and reasonable resolution of a bona fide dispute of the FLSA's application.
