ORDER granting #8 Motion for TRO. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. No. 8) is GRANTED. Defendant Calvin Godwin is prohibited, either directly or indirectly, and whether alone or in concert with others, including any officer, agent, servant, employee, attorney, and/or representative of them, until further Order of this Court from disbursing, spending, moving, or transferring any or all of the $106,387.58 of Plaintiff fund assets in his possession. This Order is issued on May 15, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Plaintiffs shall immediately serve Defendants with a copy of this Order, upon which this Order becomes effective. After becoming effective, this Order shall remain in effect for fourteen (14) days unless extended or dissolved sooner. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c), Plaintiffs shall also post a bond in the sum of $25,000.
