The motion states that counsel is in the process of formally serving Defendants, but that there may be a possible early resolution to this case. Counsel asks for a continuance beyond October 30, 2020. The Court will GRANT the continuance, and the initial case management conference is RESCHEDULED from September 8, 2020, to 9:30 a.m, December 8, 2020, in Courtroom No. 764, U.S. Courthouse, 801 Broadway, Nashville, Tennessee. Counsel for Plaintiff shall serve a copy of this Order on all Defendants, or otherwise ensure that Defendants are aware of the rescheduled case management conference date.
