ORDER : Julius Perkins, a pro se state prisoner, filed a mandamus petition challenging his 2002 state court conviction. On 10/6/2020, the court denied the petition and dismissed this action as frivolous. #4 . On 10/13/2020 the court received a filing from the petitioner requesting to "move forward for review." #5 . ORDER: This mandamus action is a misguided attempt to invalidate the petitioner's 2002 felony murder conviction following several unsuccessful challenges in state and federal court. Accordingly, the petition for a writ of mandamus (Doc. No. 1) is DENIED and this action is DISMISSED as frivolous. The court CERTIFIES that any appeal in this matter would not be taken in good faith. 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3).
