ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: Plaintiff Bronson Colbert, a Tennessee resident, filed a pro se civil rights complaint in the Davidson County General Circuit Court against Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Scott Lekan, Pamela Harney, and Commissioner of the Social Security Administration Andrew Saul. (Doc. No. 1-1.) Defendants Lekan and Saul have filed a Notice of Removal under 28 U.S.C. 1442(a)(1) and 1446 (Doc. No. #1 ) and a Motion for Extension of Time to Answer (Doc. No. #3 ). Accordingly, Defendants Lekan and Saul must SHOW CAUSE in writing within 30 DAYS why this case should not be remanded to the state court. Defendants may respond by filing an amended notice of removal. Failure to comply with this Order, or to request an extension of time to comply, by the deadline may result in remand of this action.
