ORDER: According to the petition, Petitioner was sentenced to 28 years in prison following his April 16, 2013 conviction in Davidson County Criminal Court on drug charges. (Doc. No. #1 at 1.) He now challenges the legality of his conviction by claiming, e.g., the ineffective assistance of counsel. Because it is not readily apparent from the face of the petition that Petitioner is not entitled to habeas relief on this claim, Respondent is DIRECTED to file an answer, plead or otherwise respond to the petition in accordance with Habeas Rule 5 within 30 days of the entry of this Order.
