ORDER: Plaintiff's second application to proceed as a pauper #6 is DENIED without prejudice to filing a revised application. To proceed in this action, Plaintiff MUST submit either (1) the full $400.00 civil filing fee to the Clerk of Court; or (2) a second amended application to proceed as a pauper that contains, at a minimum, (a) fully-completed responses to all questions, following the instructions on the form and leaving no blanks, and (b) clarified responses to Questions One, Two, and Three. Plaintiff's submission must be received by the Court within 30 DAYS of the date of entry of this Order. Plaintiff is warned that failure to comply with this Order, or to request an extension f time, by this deadline may result in this action being dismissed for failure to prosecute and for failure to comply with the court's order.
