Filing 4 ORDER: Plaintiff David Austin Tolliver, a Tennessee resident, filed a pro se breach of contract complaint in diversity against Austin Oeltjenbruns, an Arizona resident, and Red Letter Enterprises, an Arizona corporation. (Doc. No. #1 .) He also filed an application to proceed as a pauper. (Doc. No. #3 .) Accordingly, the plaintiff's application to proceed as a pauper (Doc. No. #3 ) is DENIED. This case may not proceed on the merits unless the plaintiff pays the initial filing fee. 28 U.S.C. 1914.
