ORDER: Brandon Johnson, a Tennessee state inmate, has filed a pro se complaint for alleged violation of his civil rights pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1983. (Doc. No. #1 .) Instead of paying the requisite filing fee, the plaintiff submitted an application to proceed in district court without prepaying fees and costs. (Doc. No. #2 .) This application does not comply with applicable law and is therefore DENIED without prejudice to the plaintiffs ability to submit a properly supported application.
