Filing 4 ORDER: Leopold MPawinayo, a state pretrial detainee in the custody of the Davidson County Sheriff's Office, has filed a pro se petition under 28 U.S.C. 2241 for the writ of habeas corpus, along with attached evidentiary exhibits and a supporting memorandum.
