ORDER: Plaintiff Dey'vine Trust El Bey, formerly known as Devin Chesser, filed a pro se complaint against Jane Oberhellmann, chief executive officer of Nashville Post Office Credit Union. (Doc. No. 1.) On January 5, 2021, the court concluded the plaintiff's application to proceed as a pauper was deficient because it was unsigned and it did not provide the court with sufficient information. The court denied the application without prejudice and directed the plaintiff to, within 30 days, either pay the full civil filing fee or submit a signed, fully-completed application. On January 29, 2021, the plaintiff filed a document entitled "Demand to Proceed as a Pauper." (Doc. No. 8.) The court construes this as a request for reconsideration of the January 5 Order. The plaintiff's motion for reconsideration (Doc. No. 8) is DENIED. As set forth in the court's January 5 Order, the plaintiff MUST either submit a signed application to proceed as a pauper setting forth his assets, 28 U.S.C. 1915(a), or pay the filing fee required by the court, 28 U.S.C. 1914. In an abundance of caution, the court hereby EXTENDS the time by which the plaintiff must comply by two weeks until February 18, 2021. Signed by District Judge Aleta A. Trauger on 2/2/2021.
