ORDER: Because Nelson's application (Doc. No. #2 ) reflects that he lacks sufficient financial resources to pay the full filing fee in advance without undue hardship, it is GRANTED. For the reasons explained in the accompanying Memorandum, Nelson's claim against CoreCivic is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE and the Complaint is DISMISSED. This is the final Order denying all relief in this case. The Clerk SHALL enter judgment. Fed. R. Civ. P. 58(b).
