ORDER: Dustin Roy Knight Dill, a pretrial detainee at the Robertson County Detention Facility in Springfield, Tennessee, filed a pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983 (Doc. No. #1 ) and an application to proceed as a pauper (Doc. No. #2 ). Plaintiff's application to proceed as a pauper (Doc. No. #2 ) is GRANTED, and he is ASSESSED the $350.00 filing fee. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send a copy of this Order to the Robertson County Detention Facility to ensure that the custodian of Plaintiff's inmate trust account complies with the portion of 28 U.S.C. 1915 pertaining to payment of the filing fee. The Robertson County Detention Facility is DISMISSED as a party, and Plaintiff's request for injunctive relief in the form of reinstating his driver license is DENIED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff one service packet (a blank summons and USM 285 form). Upon return of the completed service packet, PROCESS SHALL ISSUE.
