ORDER: The motion for attorney William Cannon to appear pro hac vice (Docket No. #13 ) is CONDITIONALLY GRANTED, subject to Mr. Cannon's association of local co-counsel who maintains a law practice in the Middle District of Tennessee, which, subject to further orders, he must do by the time the stay is lifted as provided for below. The parties' joint motion for a stay to allow for mediation (Docket No. #17 ) is GRANTED. Additionally, the initial case management conference presently scheduled for April 12, 2021 is CANCELLED. If the parties do not reach a settlement by June 16, 2021, they must, by that date, file a joint motion to reschedule the initial case management conference and to reset the remaining briefing schedule for the two pending motions. ORDER: It is hereby ORDERED, upon stipulation and joint request of the Parties, that the briefing schedule on Defendant's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. No. #9 ), which pursuant to M.D. Tenn.
