Filing 6 ORDER: Plaintiff's IFP application does not satisfy the necessary requirements. Due to his failure to attach the required trust account statement, Plaintiff's pending application #2 is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff a blank IFP application (short form) and a copy of Administrative Order 93. Also before the Court is a motion from Plaintiff seeking "a fast fa[i]r and [speedy] trial." #4 . Because this action has not even been properly filed, and the Court has yet to determine whether the Complaint will be allowed to proceed beyond screening under the Prison Litigation Reform Act, 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2) and 1915A, and 42 U.S.C. 1997e, that motion #4 is DENIED as premature.
