ORDER: Pending before the Court is Plaintiff's Emergency Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. No. #6 , "Motion"). Plaintiff shall serve a copy of the Motion and this Order upon Defendants [and/or counsel for Defendants, if known] and shall file with the Court proof as to the timing and means by which such notice was given. Defendants shall file a response to the Motion with the Court by noon on Monday, February 1, 2021. If Defendants are represented by counsel, such counsel shall file a Notice of Appearance with the Court along with Defendants' response to the Motion. The Court will advise the parties by the end of the day on February 1 if it concludes there is need for a hearing, which will take place on February 2 if a hearing in fact is necessary.
