Filing 5 ORDER: Plaintiff Shubahahtaid Meeks filed a pro se Complaint against Defendants Governor Bill Lee, Lieutenant Governor Randy McNally, Speaker Sexton, and Bob Cooper of the Metro Law Department. (Doc. No. 1.) Plaintiff also filed an application to proceed as a pauper. (Doc. No. 2.) Plaintiff's application is deficient for two reasons. Accordingly, Plaintiff's application to proceed as a pauper (Doc. No. 2) is DENIED without prejudice to filing an amended application. Plaintiff is advised in no uncertain terms that an application to proceed as a pauper is not the place to get cute or be flippant.
