ORDER: For clarity of the record and feasibility of service, as well as review of Plaintiff's asserted claims by this Court and any other parties, there should be only one operative complaint at this stage in the case. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff a blank form Section 1983 complaint for prisoners. Plaintiff MUST use this form to file an Amended Complaint that clearly identifies every Defendant to this suit, includes every cause of action and allegation Plaintiff wishes to pursue, and specifies the requested relief. This Amended Complaint will become the operative pleading in this case. Plaintiff's submission must be received in this Court within 30 DAYS of the date this Order is entered on the docket, and it must include the assigned case number, No. 3:21-cv-00067. Because Plaintiff will have the opportunity to file a single Amended Complaint and receive a fresh initial review, the Motion to Reconsider (Doc. JUDGMENT ORDER. Even liberally construing the complaint in favor of Plaintiff, it fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted under 1983 as to the BCCX and MCCX Defendants. Accordingly, the BCCX and MCCX Defendants are DISMISSED from this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915(A). The Clerk is DIRECTED to transfer the remainder of this action to the Nashville Division of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and to close this Court's file.
