ORDER: Cori Davis filed a Petition for Modification of Parenting Plan and Child Support against Anthony Salvatore Conte, III, in the Chancery Court for Montgomery County, Tennessee. (Doc. No. 1-1 at 5-7). On February 3, 211, Conte removed the Petition to this Court. (Doc. No. #1 .) On February 11, 2021, the Court remanded this matter to the Montgomery County Chancery Court. (Doc.
